I lost my 17 year old cat, Snuggles recently… As he was like family to me, I was horribly heart broken but though i was grieving I needed to get arrangements done. I had called Pet Memorial Service Msia, n eventhough I was sounding like a broken car engine trying to talk n not cry at tge same time, the staff was very patient and understanding with me. I opted to bring my pet to them on my own, n they were clear n efficient in handling what I needed in including arranging for a Buddhist monk to do a Puja for Snuggles. The whole set up from prayers to cremation was beautifully done it brought great solace to my heart n I feel Snuggles is at peace as well. Thank u Pet memorial service msia for ur service n kindness
My son pao pei tzi tzu passed away 2 yrs ago n i was recommended to pet memorial services by my niece n which she used for her precious furry too. The staffs were very efficient n after i called half an hour later they were at my place to pick up my little pao pei in subang jaya. The staffs that came to pick up my dog r very friendly n polite ppl iregardless of race. In the office my communication with the office staffs were good espacially Miss Wong n everything went smoothly up till i collected my furry ashes the nxt day. Another tragedy strikes ystd 14/11/19 at ard 9pm where i hve to rushed my sick beagle Coffeee to gasing hospital. Unfortunately he passed away at the hospital. N for the 2nd time i am using pet memorial services. This morning i got a call from their polite staff that they hve collected my beloved coffeee from gasing hospital n im currently waiting for coffeee to be cremated n his ashes sent bck to me. Tqvm for all u hve done n with yr services it really helps the dogs owners who r going thru a rough time n trying to get over the loss of their beloved pets
Thank you to Pet Memorial Services Sdn Bhd for the delicate handling of our friend’s remains, the prayers and flowers, the memoribilia and the quick turnaround time to return the urn to us in under 24 hours. You guys were outstandingly professional and helped give us the opportunity to treat family with respect and honour.
Thanks to all of you for your messages of condolences. She was a good friend and deserved a good send off. For this, me and Cathy Ramirez-Thesan are truly humbled.
A dog is the only thing that is as it seems!
Good service. Today my furkid passaway around 6.30pm. After received call from me. They immediately arrange the staff come to my house. With traffic jam from Puchong to Ampang. They only took 1 hour. Another unfortunately is my apartment all the lift is not function, the staff walk up to 13 floor did the last service for my furkid. And she walk down again due to the lift still under maintenance.

We are very impressed how Pet Memorial Services provided their services to us. They took time and effort to make us feel comfortable and explained with tact the different options they provide. Our beloved dog’s remains came back the next day and the house feels better again. We will scatter the ashes in due time.

Thank you Pet Memorial Services and their caring staff. Service is excellent. Arrived to pick up less than 2 hour after my call. Very punctual on time. Staff are professional dressed in uniform and handle my dog with respect. Photo and video of the cremation process was sent to me. Ashes was sent back to me the next day. This is my second dog cremated by them. Thank you again for taking good care of my dog and handle her last journey with much care! Really appreciate it.
Right from the moment I called for their services till they came to pick up my boy Jon Terry, they were professional yet they could emphatize with us as owners who just experienced a great loss of our beloved pet. Highly recommend to any owner for this pet services. They handle everything professionally, they are on time for pick up. They told me they will return the ash 2 days later but then i received a call the next morning. Even if there is no one at home, they will bring it to your workplace

It was very professional and kind. My baby is been with me 16year and I feel appreciated that treated my baby the same as human. Price is affordable and service is 5star. They showed me step by step by sending me pictures.
